- This is a corner dedicated to Asia and Central/Eastern Europe. It’s a second blog, so I cannot follow back from here; my main one is 'sankta-sanktorum', but it might be a little weird/macabre sometimes. I swear I’m a kind person though (or at least I try to be) :D
- Talking about me, I’m an Oriental Studies undergraduate: I’m currently studying Japanese and Korean, that’s why I decided to open this blog. There are so many things to be learned! Feel free to ask if you have some advice, corrections or requests, too.
- The other part of the blog is a tribute to my roots: I’m Croatian by father (even though the story of my family is way more complicated), so I tenderly love the Balkans with all of their scars and beauties.
- The title and the quote of this tumblr (as well as the url) come from two of Tanizaki Jun’ichirō’s works, hence the inspiration for the posts: I will try to convey a special, kinda shadowy atmosphere.
Thank you for the attention :)
p.s.: pleasepleasePLEASE, leave the credits where they are if you reblog because these photos are not mine and it would be really disrespectful to the author, you know o (◡‿◡✿)
occasionally reblogging myself for those who haven’t read this (and follow without knowing what this blog is about, probably)
